lovely off leash trail but there are some flies and it is still quite muddy and slippy. Walk down the bunny slope from the car park and turn right down the trail to find the start :)

Did this on June 28th. Still lots of snow, even at this lower elevation. Very pretty, great little hike with kids.

We generally love hiking there hence the rating BUT Seymour just opened this week for hiking again but its still covered in deep snow that doesn't show signs to melting anytime soon. This goes for everything, including the lower trails like this one. We fell through the snow a bunch and our runners were soaked. Give it a couple weeks or bring waterproof shoes.

Really enjoyed this trail. Was a good bit of snow around 3/4 up. Do not do it in runners, we slipped through snow a lot due to melt. Fairly easy to navigate, there was only one part that we popped off the trail but found our way back on

Short and sweet after work trail. No one here on a weekday evening when we went - easy, but a nice way to relax at the end of a day in the city. Other trails around to extend your route or do a second hike once you get back to the parking lot.

nice trail, a bit rocky but in general it is a decent trail, few area with roots. Both lakes are nice. beautiful forest.

Gorgeous sunny day really helped to quickly elevate this to one of our favourite trails in Vancouver. The parking and line ups of cars was absolutely insane! (the only downside) Best to park in the lower parking lot and walk up the road to the trails. Very reasonable price, could have easily spent the day playing in the snow, much cheaper (and more fun!) than going to see a movie or something! The trails are really well marked and maps every where.

not much gain but you have to focus on the trail. the lake is small but very peaceful place.

Cute trail, the lake is beautiful, some snow patches still here and there. Quite muddy today, and swarms of mosquitoes and flies . Lots and lots and lots of flies...

Nice, easy hike, but 75% still covered in snow which makes it a bit tricky at the moment. Overall beautiful scenery and two cute little lakes, but mosquitos...and LOTS of them. Not much elevation gain, so should be great to go shoe-shoeing in the winter.

Hot and sunny up in the mountains! Still lots of snow and debris so the trail is a bit more difficult to navigate through. Watch your footing and be careful on the rocks.

Just did this trail today and it's still in good shape, a bit muddy in some areas that's about it.

Good selection of trails other than the main loop, with good views of multiple ponds. The area was easy to access and there were many good views of deep bay and burnaby.
