This is a small park near a quiet neghborhood in Marpole. The walking trail is a short loop that can be done in less than 20 minutes. There are some great view points of the Fraser river. A runway is located across the water so it was nice to see a couple of airplanes take off without the roar of any engine noise.

Large open area with nice trail around the perimeter of the park. Love bringing my dog here, great area for the dogs to go swimming.

nice walk along the river, stop and take in the scenery at a bench and see how many birds you can spot

I give this 4 stars because of the wildlife sanctuary that showcases both plant and animal that once thrived along the banks...pre development. heavy dog traffick...which is cool. this is also where salt and freshwater meet as the fraser meet the Pacific Ocean. birdwatching. right on!!

I have tried to run on this trail, not long enough and was once tripped and fell by an unleashed dog. Did not like it at all.
