Ferguson Lake Nature Reserve is developed for recreational purposes. This map highlights an interpretive trail wrapping around the lake. Hikers will pass a public fishing dock, an old homestead, a marshland boardwalk and some beautiful northern forest. The lake is a popular local fishing destination. Each year the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC stocks the lake with "catchable-sized' rainbow trout.

Love it. There’s a dock , Family fishing, a great trail boardwalk birds and beavers. Now if only people would pick up after the dogs it would be even better.
