This trail is gorgeous! First half more so than the Cowichan Valley trail bit. Bug spray recommended. Take your bathing suit for a dip!

Easy trail with beautiful spots but the lack of stewardship is clearly showing. Bridge gone altogether, steps falling off, rotten sign posts moved and creates confusion, vandalised signs, etc. We enjoyed hiking but it has to be known that for a BC Park, it is a shame to observe such disrepair and there is an accident waiting to happen - it won't be the hiker's fault.
