This trail is located in the Rose Valley Regional Park area and can be accessed from the top of West Kelowna Road. The loop is a gradual downhill and uphill return and is quite an easy hike. In the early spring there is a bit of runoff along the trail but easy to get around. Depending on the lake level in the spring the lower portion could be washed out as the trail is very low along the lake. The area is a highly trafficked mountain biking area.

The trail climbs steeply from the parking lot to a ridge offering spectacular views of Lake Okanagan. The trails are well marked and well maintained with some interpretive First Nations signage. Benches nicely situated at lookout locations. Trails suitable for anyone with a moderate amount of fitness and endurance,

Good trail for kids. Our 4.5 year old was able to walk 3/4 of the trail.
