Capilano River Regional Park Loop is a 8.5 kilometer moderately trafficked loop trail located near West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and fishing and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Lovely area. Note that you cannot yet from the suspension bridge to the trail suggested by the gps recording - the suspension bridge park is fenced off from the rest of the area. You need to come out of the suspension bridge park to get onto the trail. Worth doing both the suspension bridge park and the trail to make a day out.

Can be a bit confusing for newcomers but all paths lead from and to the dam. Really lovely place and easy to access. Great trail running and some fishing spots too.
