The trail was easy and relaxing. The people were friendly. The lake view is beautiful. Recommended for a nice day hike

This trail is not at Deer Lake - it's at Burnaby Lake. Lovely, flat and well maintained 10k loop - an oasis in the middle of the city

Very flat and easy. Lots of birds. Saw a bear poop there. Bear and cougar sometimes will show up

Nice trail to get away without going far. No bikes allowed. I walked mine all around then back to new west.
