Broken Tree Loop via Pitxel and Cholqthet is a 1.8 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from April until September.
August 24, 2020Community forest to Glora lookout. Had planned on attempting to traverse to Thurston, but there was multiple scat along top, alone with no one else on the trail I decided to cut it short. This is one of the hardest vertical trails I have done, but also one of my favorite local - easy to access trails. Its a constant steep uphill, but rewarding at summit.

May 24, 2020Great little (moderate) hike to start off the spring/summer hiking season. Not hard at all, but there are moderate slopes up and down. Lovely forest to walk through. We turned left at the fork, so ended up on the moderate trail. Close to home so would go again.
