Gorgeous views of Kamloops and Kamloops Lake. A little steep to get to the top but there is a memorial at the top to let you know you made it. Bring binoculars to check the hills for wildlife. A train runs through the tunnel underneath the hill.

Battle Bluffs is a great hike up. Great elevation gain and outstanding views at the end. Don't get discouraged with the multiple false summits, you'll know when you get to the very top as there's s cairn and one of the best views in the area. I wouldn't rate this hike as "easy" but it's not difficult, just take your time and enjoy the burn. We saw a moose of all things back there once.

First time in the volcanic rock hills of Kamloops. The scenery is spectacular with big horn sheep sightings along the way. The grasslands park surrounding it is worth exploring further. I wouldn't say the trail was easy but definitely a very straight forward out and back hike for gorgeous views of the valley.
