This is one of the most beautiful trails I've been on. Finally made it to Stanley Hut. The best reward for effort out there. The only one that comes close is Lipsett

Completed this trail yesterday. We went on to Twin Falls from here. Trail to Point Lace Falls was flat and easy. A few muddy spots but could get around them without getting wet feet.

Completed Aug 11,2020. An easy walk from the Takakkaw Falls campground. A few muddy wet sections. The trail is quite level with great views of the river valley.

HikingGreat!No shade

Pretty much flat with stretches of just walking through the trees. The reward is fantastic though with Takakkaw Falls at the start and Point Lace Falls at the end. Very well maintained trail. There are short <200m stretches at the end to see the falls that are not as easy to travel but are by no means challenging.

HikingGreat!

We took my 85 yo mother with us on this hike. It is a wide, flat, well maintained trail that is good for nearly anyone. The best views of angel's Staircase is from Point Lace Falls if you climb up a short steep trail beside the falls.
