Pacific Spirit Regional park is the largest park in Vancouver, but as it is tucked away near the University of British Columbia, its lands are fairly untraveled. This short loop connects to a large network of quiet trails that explore the fairly flat, forest terrain. Dog-walkers with off-leash dogs are allowed.

dont miss the beach, trail options in the park are numerous, I like to walk to wreck beach along the rocks too, be careful in the summer as people will not be wearing clothes if you go west of this trail. pacific spirit park has numerous dogs and bikers, something for everybody
