This is a great trail, the views are awesome! I have lived here for 9 years and I am sad that I have never known this was even here. We did a trail run on here but it would be a great hike spot as well. can't wait to go back!!!

Nice easy trail with good views of Whitemud Creek. Seen several beavers in the creek on different visits here. Make sure you go all the way down to the North Saskatchewan River at the end. It’s worth it for the view!

Beautiful and well kept trail.

This is the best trail in Edmonton. It feels like you're disconnected from the city entirely. You can hear the highway but there's so sign of it. It's a surreal experience especially walking by the many bridges and beautiful spots this trail has to offer! There are plenty of animals that we saw including owls, woodpeckers, squirrels, ducks, and beavers! I love this park, highly recommended

Great trail when the weather is good. Large variety of animals, including chipmunks, squirrels, chickadees, and ducks. I was lucky enough to see a pileated woodpecker, which are not easy to find. The trail is well-maintained with a wide trail and seems great for walking dogs.

Beautiful trail with shaded trees. Got to see birds squirrels chipmunks but definitely not moderate. Should have been rated easy and there was almost no elevation

A good urban path: can make it slightly more challenging if you take one of the offshoot paths from the main trail.

Walked this trail in the winter. Was awesome mostly packed snow some icy spots. Lots to see, didn't feel like I was in the middle of a big city, could barely hear the traffic, I was the only person on the trail, I walked slow and enjoyed the peace.

A beautiful unexpected bit of country side. A good dog walk for our 4 month old Goldie. Freezing weather didn’t put us off and luckily the sun was shining. At the end of the trail are some beautiful houses to lust after too.
