Good hike for short day. Most hike doesn’t break tree line but lots of wildlife around. Beautiful lakes at end of it. Won’t find to many people around even in busy summer days

Went there on Christmas Day, recommend poles and good insulation for head and ears.

Good hike and very pretty. Not as hard as stated. As someone else mentioned the further you walk the less people you will see - we walked further than most :)

We do this hike a couple times each winter and summer - one of the smaller loops in the winter. When there is a good covering we take the kids in a sled but have to carry them and the sled for lots of the sections - good workout. Beautiful and always a hit with our kids (3 & 6)

Nice easy hike with some steep sections on mostly well used trails. There were a lot of people at the beginning of the trail, but the further we walked from the five lakes the less people we saw. Great mountain bike trail if you have your bike with you.

This isn't necessarily the easiest loop; there's a much shorter one if you're only interested in the lakes. Either way, fantastic trail.
