Unbelievable views for the effort. We took Lake Agnes route on way up and camp back down the Six Plains route. It was all picturesque.

Breathtaking hike. Foot traffic thins out just past the tea house. Worth coming down on the back side for a totally different experience.

This was a phenomenal hike! The view at the top was amazing and we witnessed multiple avalanches. Hiking was gorgeous with the larch trees changing. Had a toddler in a backpack, 5,8 & 11 year olds. It was a hard hike for the kids--mostly for the 5 year old who was super cold (end of September with a Storm rolling in) but definitely one of our favorite spots of the trip.

We came up through lake Agnes, went up big beehive then went for the devils thumb summit. Views from the beehive are great.
