Loved this trail, nice little stop at the tea house at lake Agnes. Steady incline the entire way up. Great scenery the entire way. Highly recommend half-day hike. Amazing views of Lake Louise at the top!

Beautiful rocky mountain walls. Great view of Lake Louise and Lake Agnes as many posted pictures. Basically climbing up all the way and few downhills. There is also a trail down to the Plain of Six Glacier, starts from the top of Big Beehive.

Great hike with lovely views we did devils thumb first and the view from there is hard to beat, if you are only wanting a moderate hike this view would have to be one of the best I have seen for a moderate rated trail. Also you can stop off at the nice little tea house on the way for a breather if needed, they only accept cash too.

Absolute best hike I have been on, scenery wise! The hike up wasn't too bad either. It was nice being able to see Lake Louise, a waterfall, some other lakes (lake Agnes) and the tea house was so cute to have half way up by Lake Agnes! So beautiful I would for sure go again!!! The view at the top of the beehive seeing Lake Louise below was breathtaking.

Unbelievable views for the effort. We took Lake Agnes route on way up and camp back down the Six Plains route. It was all picturesque.

Breathtaking hike. Foot traffic thins out just past the tea house. Worth coming down on the back side for a totally different experience.

This was a phenomenal hike! The view at the top was amazing and we witnessed multiple avalanches. Hiking was gorgeous with the larch trees changing. Had a toddler in a backpack, 5,8 & 11 year olds. It was a hard hike for the kids--mostly for the 5 year old who was super cold (end of September with a Storm rolling in) but definitely one of our favorite spots of the trip.

Amazing views of Lake Louise.. 2 km uphill from Lake Agnes - Tea House... Pics don't justify the actual view..watch out for lose rocks on downhill..

Went up via Lake Agnus trail and came down via Highline Trail.... Not too hard although we encountered a bit of snow... Definitely worth the views after Lake Agnus Teahouse!

We came up via the Highline Trail on our return from Plain of Six Glaciers. It was steep and got our hearts racing, but the view from the top was absolutely worth the climb

Busy trail until you reach Mirror Lake. Clears out after that but we did go to the left and not direction of Agnes lake teahouse. Steap climb when you take the Big Beehive trail but the climb is worth it! Great view at the top of Lake Louise and Agnes Lake.

Although this was difficult for me as someone who doesn't hike too often the views from the top are just spectacular and something that needs to be experienced.
