Very enjoyable hike! You can take the road/trail all the way, or make more of an adventure of it by walking more challenging routes running adjacent to the main trail. Beautiful scenery and nice environment to walk in. Not very difficult terrain but a long loop for the casual walker/hiker.

long boring and slushy snow.

extremely easy trail, not really very interesting, not really any view points and you have to walk in single file due to the ski tracks, not really worth doing if you want a "fulfilling hike"

Out 3 days ago & fantastic weather; good conditions & tracked with some icy areas but overall good conditions. Double tracked on road from Banff springs parking lot & single track going back following mostly the creek & ending in around bow falls. Can do out & back on same trail but go over the bridge & return on the single track for more scenic route

Great x-skiing trails, lovey and well groomed !! Great easy access and you can turn it into an easy trail by moderating how far you go!! I will definitely be doing this one again

Nice easy hike just to get out. Rolly polly hills. No real elevation gain. A few views when you get to the bridge. Nice to hike or bike out here. Get there early to beat the crowds.

Ok in winter. Second half (West side) of trail was only for cross-country skiing so I had to go back same way. best views are at the end/in middle near bridge across the river. Mostly in forrest, don't expect astonishing views.

Really nice easy hike past the Fairmont golf course looking at Rundle and Cascade

We just snowshoed the full loop. It took us 4.5 hours to do. The first half wasn’t groomed yet so it was a bit harder, but the second half was groomed and it made it easier going. The scenery is awesome and it was an enjoyable time.

Fun riding trail. A little muddy in the spring, and a few steep inclines.
