It was a relaxing trail to walk on. Not a challenging terrain. Very pretty in the fall with all the yellow leaves

the trail markings leave something to be desired because a few of them are somewhat confusing at the trails junctions but that was a minor issue. It was a good trail for walking the dog, came across several large buffalo on the trail so be ready for an encounter with large wildlife. Back off down the trail and make some noise, they will quietly sneak off into the woods. Completed the hike in 3 hours with a couple stops to take pictures by the lake.

great trail. got turned around at one point as we travelled the loop backwards and the trail wasn't clearly marked to head on 3.. ended up on 9 which added a decent amount of time to our day once we figured it out and turned back but it was worth it! Some areas are still a bit muddy and wet but there are paths leading around to get through. Saw a lot of wildlife along the way as well.
