Did the trail in reverse which meant a continuous climb but was a nice snowshoeing trail with very little traffic. Lots of animals tracks but didn’t run into anything.

Lots of fresh snow but trail was packed and good. Not too busy. Only passed one couple. First time doing the loop. We did it clockwise which had some flats and big inclines. Counter clockwise would have been a continuous climb to max elevation.

Great trail! Took our 8month old golden he loved it too! Used snowshoes since there was fresh snow - it was our first time on this hike - probably would have been fine with boots and it was packed down a fair amount. Not too much elevation - a fairly easy hike :)

I did this last weekend, it was my first time on snowshoes and it was a very beautiful trail. There were some uphills but nothing crazy and it was the perfect length for a first timer. You get views of the mountains all around and we saw wildlife tracks but no wildlife.
