Magnifique randonnée! Le dernier bout pour atteindre le sommet est raide, mais ça en vaut la peine.

Nature tripsGreat!

Easy trail. Kinda uphill but it’s paved. There is the non paved option which I took but the paved part it just higher up. Seating benches at random spots and also picnic tables. Very clean walk and it is stroller friendly! I walked to the end and then went down to the glacier pond (Cavell pond). The walk down is not for beginners but it’s only a 5-7 minute walk down to the pond. The view is fantastic and I would sit there for hours. I will do this hike again!

This was so cool. Took about 1.5 hours. Got right down to the water and it was spectacular to see. Trail very easy. Some elevation but just a gradual climb. Definitely worth the drive up the mountain. Path is paved and very manageable for all levels. Going right down to the water is through rocks, uneven and hiking shoes are helpful for this bit.

Good hour hike, trails are easy to navigate as well. Trail can get a little squishy but overall it was great

Amazing little hike up to the glaciers and the pool it drains into. Well maintained path, good incline that got our heart pumping a bit with little scree at the top to navigate but the views were well worth it. End to end in an hour easily. Definitely worth the trip.

HikingGreat!

Nice easy well maintained trail to the viewpoint, steep uphill but not a long trail, can get up there in 20mins easily. Viewpoint overlooking the glacier and the pool. Very busy trail. There is a unmaintained but easily found trail down to the pool area, it is advised not to go down there due to the danger of part of the glacier breaking off. Although lots of people do go down there and you can get some really nice photos.

beau point de vue mais sentier en soi pas fou et surtout bourré de moustiques, prendre l'anti moustique le plus puissant que vous avez, voire un filet de protection

Nice little trail to the glacier viewpoint, but due to it's short length it's pretty busy. Would love to have done the meadow trail and get up into the woods for some quiet. Overall, it's an alright walk but not a must see for me.

This short hike is a “must do” while in Jasper. The path is paved almost 3/4 of the way and after that, it’s an easy hike. You are not supposed to go all the way to the lake for safety reasons, we didn’t see that sign by the entrance until we returned to the start of the hike...

Easily one of the most memorable trails in Jasper! We enjoyed the drive up to the lot, saw a few Marmots and even scored a view of a small avalanche off the top of the summit and grabbed some water from an obliging stream enroute. Worth it!

Nice way to see the glacier with Edith Cavell closed. Honestly breathtaking and a great way to spend an hour. Trail is easily accessible for all abilities and nicely paved for strollers and wheelchairs. Moderately busy in the morning, I’d imagine it gets packed. Saw people still taking the closed trail despite signs stating Parks Canada is protecting the vegetation - ugh.
