Horribly laid out. Was following what I thought was the path and then checked the app and realized we were completely off the map. Used all of my data to stay on the map on the app but most of it was not a path and through tall grass. It had delightful paved and gravel paths throughout Nose Hill, but not on the 12.7 km route.

Huge park! I always try to pick a different entrance each time I take my dog. He loves it there. Nice city views from one side of the hill and mountain views from the other side. I prefer it when it's got more colours in the spring and summer. Small dogs seem to go missing in the tall grass a lot here so do be careful. They are often found but lots of coyotes in the area to be aware of as well.

A nice Sunday walk. Trails were snowy and slushy but coming along nicely.

Nice views and a good walk. Still pretty snow covered in most spots and I found the on site maps a bit hard to figure out. The loop I took was about an hour walk :)

Went yesterday after the snow storm mid week. The snow was deeper than usual. Good option when getting out to the mountains isn't possible. My dog loves it too.

What a great place. From the blvd, it looks like a hill, but from a top: it's so much more ...

Nice in town hike. We took some of the dirt pathways for a little more adventure/interest. I feel like there are so many routes through the park that every visit could be unique!

Sunny spring day (12 degrees) in Nose Hill. Snow is gone but for the shady aspen groves. Dog walkers, hikers, and mountain bikers rejoice.

Despite the rain clouds all over the city today, I managed to walk 12.5km here without getting rained on! Was so peaceful and beautiful - such a great place within the city to get away from the city!

Always a great walk here, no matter the weather.

Great for running, biking, walking, dogs, picnics, photography, and birding.

There are so many trails to suit any skill level.

Safe area for walking. Respectful people who keep their dogs under control and lots of families on the weekend. My favorite stop is the Native prayer circle.

Great for a weekend walk. You can make it for as long as you want depending on where you start out. I like doing the loop starting at the Shaganappi parking lot best...Watch for porcupine and coyotes though if you have a dog with you.
