I would recommend downloading the trail before!! The entire way up isn't marked almost at all, you'll see some of the marked trees about a quarter/half way up which lets you know you're on the right track. I wouldn't recommended this to beginner hikers, incline the entire way and scramble for majority of the hike, I had some sketchy slips on scramble during the hike down. absolutely gorgeous views and really enjoyed the entire hike! idk if it's because of covid but about 2km out I had to park my car and walk to the trail because the gate is locked - it's just before a waterfall over a bridge so make sure you're wearing waterproof boots or else you'll have a shitty time right off the bat.

Most of the hike is scramble. Trail not marked, but easy to find your way up and down. Views are incredible the whole way up! Tons of wildlife, saw 4 black bears and 15+ sheep. Me and my friends had to do an extra 2k to the trail head and 2k back because the gate was closed. Left at 3pm got back at 10:30pm. Bring bear spray and plenty of water!

Really enjoyed this hike!! not much of a trail in some spots but just go up the most ideal spot and you’ll be okay. There’s two trails, we took the one to the right when approaching the mountain and with the right shoes it’s a fun scramble. Went down the other side and it was very loose, wouldn’t have wanted to go up that way.

We hiked this on June 17, 2019. - Father’s Day. It was.a great hike. Frances was a little nervous for the final climb but it was no real problem. View from the top was fantastic. The hike down was pretty tough - the descent while bush whacking is hard work. We had great weather. Total time was 7 hours.

there's no real path for this hike but if you use the trail from this app, you'll make it all right. It was pretty steep for 85-90% of the whole hike, but it was worth it. great workout, great views.
