A cool forest setting; we cut through and walked along the vermillion lakes.

A short 2.1km well travelled dirt path accessible by foot through Banff. It was a nice little stroll with lots of birds, wildlife and water to look at. Fairly quiet with only a few parts that run along the highway. Would be great for kids or anyone who needs flat footing!

It was a short but very relaxing walk.

It was relaxing and lots of wild life... I'd defiantly go again! Really easy first one for the year!

We drove this "trail" but we shared the road with several bikers, runners, and walkers. It's a nice, scenic drive perfect for an afternoon after a strenuous day of hiking.
