Super easy hike but not the best views. Good for a quick outing out of the city but would recommend a different hike if you’re going to the views or for a more challenging hike.
My all time favourite. Gets the heart going but easy to do in a short time. Good anytime of year. Shared with horses.
Good little trail. The difficulty of the hills was nice as it was relatively a short hike with the ease of going down after the three hills. We went right first. And glad we did as there was some snow and muddy areas. This would have made it difficult going down the steep hills had we gone left first. Went with two small-ish dogs. Saw some deer, thankfully my beagle didn’t notice :)
Not well marked at all and busy with mountain bikes. Nice forest scenery and easy walk for kids.
Not a well marked hike. Fairly easy as the elevation gain is spread out through several small inclines.
If you are looking for a quick and easy walk. This one is great.
perfect if you are looking for a quick hike close to the City. took us 1hr20min with our 3 month old in a carrier.
Great hike for my kids (11 and 8).
Nice trail. Very quiet in the late afternoon.
Great family hike even for little ones. Trail head is at Station Flats Day Use. Easy trails and some nice open meadows. Wet and muddy in places so wear good shoes. We had 7 kids of varying ages and a little one in a pack frame. And a large dog.Plenty of bikers but not a lot of hikers so enjoyed the relative solitude.
Walking in the woods. Very nice trail.
Not very scenic most of the trail has heavy forest on each side. Once you get past the initial hill at the beginning it's a pretty easy hike
Nice easy hike.
We followed the map and found this walk to be really nice. We started on the left side of this route as we wanted to get the hill out of the way. So glad we did! The walk was lovely, beautiful scenery. These is a lookout on this track too. Route was quiet, we didn't see a single person. Took us about 90mins to complete the Diamond T route.
Toilets at the start of the track (although they were frozen today, making it difficult for the ladies!)
The weather was -16 with no wind
No snowshoes needed
Made for a nice, peaceful and short hike. We actually tried to do sulfur Springs but it was not very well marked and some of the maps were scratched out so we inadvertently ended up doing diamond t. Not much of a view but it was a pleasant hike nonetheless. We were the only ones on the trail and didn't pass anyone else the entire time so not likely a good one to do on your own.
Easy trail, barely any muddy sections. Not really any viewpoints but it was a really nice walk through the forest. Fair number of cyclists on the part of the trail near Ridgeback.
Nice hike, few people around. Did the hike in reverse so went left instead of right and you have the steepest part first upto the lookout then a casual trail walk back. over all about 1.5 hrs. Very nice area too.
Great hike, pretty easy, great scenery.
Was great for a beginner!
Nice trail walk, wouldn't really consider it a hike. There is one long and steep climb toward the end, as you come up to the lookout at he highest point.
Nice easy hike. Not sure why this app rates it as difficult. We had a good time with minimal complaints from our young kids. Nice forest trails as typical of this area. Plenty of muddy sections so don't wear you're inside shoes
My first hike ever!!!
It was awesome little trail
