This trail takes you to the famous rock known as Pedra do Telégrafo, where adventurers take pictures which creates an optical illusion of being hung in the abyss. Just off the plateau is the cliff, so it is important to be very careful to take photos safely. Remember that this is a very popular attraction in Rio de Janeiro, it's worth it if you plan to go on weekdays, or know that you can face a queue of up to 2 hours to take the picture. On the way there are signposted access to the incredible beaches of Guaratiba and Pedra da Tartaruga.

Go early for pictures. Good trail and views. Más temprano mejor, mucha gente pasando las 11am. Mais cedo is possible you have to get there, to the top. For pictures and don’t take to wait very much in line.
