Xhoffraix is one of the villages that lies directly on the High Fens and has to brave the harsh weather of the plateau. High hedges surround the houses here to protect against the harsh climate. After the biting wind on the plateau, it can be tolerated well on the banks of the Warche and the Bayehon. When climbing from the bottom of the valley, the crystal-clear river water stands out more clearly from the green. After the bridge you come to Burg Reinhardstein. On the other hand, the climb to the ridge requires the highest concentration, because the path is steep and slippery. Once at the top, the view compensates for the gentle loops of the Warche in the valley. Between rugged rocks and torrents you reach the basin. Now meadows and pastures line the path.
