The "Green Walk" (locally: Groene Wandeling in Dutch or Promenade Verte in French) is a long loop around Brussels attempting to connect many of the parks and greener areas. The trail is easily accessible for walkers and bikers, sometimes splitting up to accommodate the latter. The start depicted on the trail map is arbitrary.

I have done many, if not all, parts of this loop over the years. They make for easy running switching between gravelly paths, paved paths, earth paths, and streets/sidewalks. There are some hills, but nothing that should give you a hard time.
