Innsbruck Via Ferrata Stage 1: Langer Sattel and Seegrube is a 3.2 mile point-to-point trail located near Innsbruck, Tyrol, Austria that offers the chance to see wildlife and is only recommended for very experienced adventurers. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from July until September.

This is the first of two sections of the Innsbruck Via Ferrata. Beginning at Hafelekar Station, the route leads west along the ridge over Seegruben, Kaminspitze, and Kemacher before descending at Langer Sattel. You can expect this route to take around 4 hours. If you plan to complete both sections of the via ferrata, continue along the ridge after Langer Sattel.
