These trails are located in the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.  There is currently no float parking available for these trails but may be in the future.  Parking along the road is available at the bridge on Country Drive and at the end of the culdesacs for a few floats.  Kargotich Road is a relatively busy road with an 80km/hr speed limit with traffic often travelling faster, but there is a verge to ride if you choose to make a loop.  Forrestdale lake bridle trail can also be accessed by crossing Rowley Road. Horses do not need to be shod or booted for these trails which vary from deep sand to blue metal fines.  There is a public open space in the middle of these trails.  Sand tracks are quite deep and can be very dusty in summer. Trail rating is 'Easy" apart from drain crossings that involve a short steep incline and decline.
