Great track I took my 6 boys with me, ages 14 right down to 5 and they all loved it as well.. couple of lovely spots to stop and have a break and took ourselves a picnic for when we finished as there is a great spot to sit.. took us just on 2 hours

A comfortable hiking trail for someone fit enough to walk 8kms. As I use it for Camino training I do a double lap, walking 2nd lap in reverse. In reverse the inclines are steeper and more challenging, providing a 16km workout with a good spot at the 4km point to sit, stretch and refuel.

Great track, very easy to follow. An incline that shouldn't be too onerous for a person who can do an 8km walk. There is only one area on the track to watch your footing - the start of the track down from the highest point at the end of the track heading towards the carpark (starting from the map display & info boxes).A beaut sitting area at the halfway point. No maps in the box so I made my own mud-map which familiarized me with the track and with the signage meant I didn't have to refer to it (but happy it was in my pocket!)
