Patterson River Loop via Dandenong Creek Trail is a 3.6 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Patterson Lakes, Victoria, Australia that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
This loop is comprised of a compressed gravel track, which is normally dry year round in all areas. These tracks are very popular with locals with an increase in traffic towards the mouth of the Patterson River - so be prepared to share the path and keep to the left. There are also a few spots to commence the loop from, with the other popular entry point being generally from the bridge car park along Wells Road.
