It was a decent hike up to the peak. Recommended for anyone and got a great view at the top awaiting you as a reward.

Beautiful easy to moderate hike up to the top in 35c heat. Trail mainly gravel and can be slippery at times if rushing and not concentrating. Rocks and boulders scattered all around trail. Not much shade on track, so for best shade go off track. 360c Views are magnificent. Can see the beach in the distance and wedge tailed eagles soaring over hills.

This trail starts at the 'Turntable' carpark which is a short drive beyond the entry to the park - see map link below. A very popular and well marked trail that provides gorgeous views at various points on the way up. A 360 degree view is found at the top, seeing all the way to Geelong, Melbourne and the Peninsulas. There are picnic areas at the start of the trail and also others in the surrounding areas.
