Unfortunately we had to turn back at the 10km mark as the creek was flowing so strongly that there was no way across. Maybe don’t go the day after we have had heavy rain. Had to hike 3km back to Trig campsite and hitch hike a lift back to our car!

Great trail. Some sections of the trail is slow incline or decline. Was a great hike.

First to Review

This 14.8 km hike is challenging and traverses through many different habitats. From heavy Bush land, down into and out of deep gullies, water falls and creeks crossings. Sections of the trail also offer spectacular coastal scenery. A good level of fitness is required. There are very well appointed camp grounds at both ends of this hike.
