An ok trail if you’re just wanting to walk through the Bush as there’s nothing to see. It’s very easy to get lost with the multiple different trails, not always marked, so like others have mentioned, I had to continually check the map. Went on a Wednesday so not too many mountain bikers but enough that you’ve still got to be wary of them, a few times I only saw them at the last moment.

Moderate hills, good variation. Not too intense but a nice stroll through the woods

Bikers are dangerous. No bikes have bells or other warning devices. Flooded with bikers. Be careful, I will not go there again.

It was a pleasant hike if you don’t mind stopping for the bikers. There was a point where a stone flicked on my chin coz of the biker. Easy trail - enjoyable

90% single trail. Really good in the wet! There are a lot of trails and it was difficult to know which direction to go at times. As a runner, I had to continually stop to check the map.

Nice little run at Nerang. Just be wary that you’re on MTB trails coming down so you need to keep your eyes and ears open. They will come flying past and won’t brake in time!

Definitely better for mountain bikes . Wouldn’t recommend trail running . App was good as a lot of stopping and starting to find the way. frustrating run. 10.5km

Tested out the app v Garmin. App is as easy to use. Gave 0.7 km additional distance compared to my Garmin.

It’s a nice one! Have just completed a 18k session. with couple hills in the middle it’s a nice workout/trail running/ training session. Some guys with bike but no worries at all . Had a blast and would definitely recommend it.

Not particularly exciting. Was very thankful for this app to show me which way to go at the many junctures with trails going in many directions. Lots of bikes on the trail.

Definetly buit for the mountain bike. Although I did enjoy walking it. Roughly 10kms allup. Very rocky in some spots, some spots hilly but overall a good workout. You can get lost as there are many tracks peeling off. There are plenty of bike riders around to help you get to the right place!

I ran this and made it through 1.5 times so a loop plus a half (15kms) and it’s a little boring to be fair. I’d say best for mountain bike riding ... I prefer a little more scenery to be honest. On a level of fitness it’s a definite workout as a run

As you can see from my recording, I took heaps of unintentional detours. I found a good mix of uphill, downhill, rocky bits, smooth bits and greenery. Some of the more well established or 'bigger' trails were not as nice as the smaller trails in terms of feeling like you are lost in the bush. I saw very few cyclists on the smaller trails. Plus I saw a wallaby. I'd recommend it for variety, diversity and it will give you a workout. Bare in mind, this is my first review, so I have nothing to compare it to.

I didn’t find the walk overly stimulating to the eye. It was a pleasant time however and a lot closer than say Lamington. Easy-Moderate.

Excellent trail. Heaps to see and lots of fun. Agree with other reviewers, this is definitely moderate not easy. The majority of the hike is shared with mountain bikers so trail is bumpy and steep.

I've run all through this state Forrest and it can be very very hilly ,straight up no switch backs and very rocky . But for those that like a challenge this certainly will whole state Forrest will test you.

I am not sure what's considered easy...this was not! Bit too rocky for my liking and only moderate shade. Maybe a better option in winter.
