Starts out straight forward but gradually gets more difficult as the dirt trail turns to rock and the path becomes steeper. The chain helps but hands and good shoes are also necessary. Well worth the effort.

This was the first time going up here and it was wonderful! It's not a long hike but it is a good workout. Majority of the walk is a steep rocky scramble but there is a chain for assistance most of the way. It is not too exposed so for someone like me (who has a fear of exposed heights) this was just a whole lot of fun. Definitely recommend it, amazing 360 views from the top.

Great walk! Short but really tough. Steep and uphill from the beginning. Last part was the toughest! Definitely coming back.

A great Sunday morning hike. Make sure you wear shoes with good grip for the scramble down. Worth it for the views on a sunny day. Very satisfying.

Good hike. There is a short rock section to pass in middle. So, bit of rock climbing experience required. However, there are chains with poles which will ease the climb. I hiked on a rainy day & it was slippery when it rains. So, avoid rainy conditions. Real nice rewarding 360 views on top.

Any trail where you need your hands at times is a good trail. There's steps and a chain in some places so most people will not have any issues getting to the top

Dusty and slidey in summer. Lots of people particularly trail runners. Steep at times so wear good shoes. Fun!

Fun hike, MUCH harder than my previous "trail" (mount ngungun) Scramble and chains at the top to assist, bring plenty of water and a snack for the top because you will be tired

This trail is relatively short but very steep. Also required some concentration in places and was a bit slippery in the wet. Inexperienced and the unfit will struggle a bit but a nice hike for the rest. Trail runners eat it for breakfast. It’s not moderate though.

This is a great climb. Not easy however doable with kids. Our 8 and 10 year olds did it without too much help. Make sure you have good shoes with plenty of grip.
