Steep up & down - nice bush in the burbs - track up now is all sealed - down steep gravel U can hear the traffic but still some big trees - nice seat look out Good training hike - easy to get to from the city

Not a bad training track..quite steep at the start good is you want a steep, sharp and short hike close to local area

This trail is dog friendly so that’s a plus. There is no real tree cover so be prepared if you’re going in the middle of the day. Really steep incline down and up. Great for cardio though. No real view. Would really only use this hike to train for bigger hike due to up and down elevation and elevated heart rate.
