Beautiful views along the coast & cool and quiet in the forest on the way back Busy along the pavement & boardwalk but this improved once I was on the Tanglewood track.

10 star non technical trail run. Didn't quite stick to the predetermined path all the way but was a marvellous run

We didn’t do the full loop but had a spectacular walk watching surfers challenge the huge waves after a storm hit. Stay to the left as they run up the hills to catch the next wave. Athleticism at its best. Lots of shade with coastal views.

Beautiful, but too many impatient runners/ surfers with boards bashing into us on the narrow paths- making it a bit intense!

First to Review

Hell's Gate is so beautiful, watched turtles come to the mouth of Hell's Gate, Eagles picking off fish.... Magical spot. The coastal path to Hell's Gate is a bit over populated with tourists but the trek back through the forestry is quiet and peaceful
