Not a bad little trail, I walked it in the pouring rain so the fall were flowing well, track was often water logged but that goes with the weather, good foot wear advisable, easy going down more effort applied going back , a good way to enjoy a few hours of free time
This is a really nice walk, there is a cool suspension bridge at the bottom near the waterfall. Coming back is majority up a slight incline, which gets your heart racing a little. I think it’s best to do this walk after some rain, can imagine the waterfall gets quite dry. Be careful of snakes!
Good hike. Make sure you do it when there is lots of rain. Had a bit of a swim but water was a bit stagnant. Saw some turtles.
Lovely morning walk. Wish I had taken swimming clothes as you can sq in the pool beneath the waterfall.
Well signed and well maintained track. Beautiful ferns and dense rainforest foliage
Great trail easy down, moderate hike up. Approximately 2 hr walk with little kids. 7.9km round trip. Great swimming spot.
Great hike. Steep descent at end. Great after some rain to get the waterfall flowing.
Great walk but not really what I’d call easy. I think you need a moderate level of fitness as it’s a quite a climb back up from the falls. Picked up a couple of leeches. Falls were beautiful after all the recent rain. Would definitely recommend.
Really beautiful walk. Didn’t manage the whole 10km walk... but tracked 5km and then walked back. It’s a must for closed in shoes, maybe a pole too for people that need a little steadying. Keen to get back and complete the full course
really nice hiking, pretty steep at the end. beautiful little waterfall and green forest at the end.
nice walk, beautiful at the end with the waterfall and bridge, can reccomend
HIGHLY recommend. If you’re a climber and like to get to the base of the falls and swim, this spot is a gem. Little bouldering wall to the right of the falls you can climb to get up to the main pool of the falls. Really deep and private, kinda tucked around a huge wall corner. The view from there is spectacular!
Absolutely awesome, amazing scenery and Baxter waterfall is beautiful.
