Nice little hike to get the heart going. Gets straight into going up from the beginning but levels off after a short way. Dont worry about the Council sign at the very beginning, road works wont affect your hike to the dam & back

Was muddy on my walk which made down hill slow but all in all fantastic would definitely recommend this. Will become a regular track!

It's a nice but pretty step walk. Don't mind the singnes about roadworks. The path is open just the facilities at the end of the track are closed.

steep start for the first section till the pylon, then a steady flat-ish trek to the dam. lots of wildlife. Feral Pigs have been spotted and we can definately confirm they are there. Nice swimming at the end though.
