Cooloola Great Walk: Segment 1 is a 10.6 mile moderately trafficked point-to-point trail located near Noosa North Shore, Queensland, Australia that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and camping.
This is the first day route of a 5 day walk. The track starts off very easy through wetlands then progresses along the beach until just before the vehicle cutting. The track then progresses through the sand hills off the beach then inland slightly where it gets slightly harder and steeper.

October 12, 2020Segment 1 of the track is in good condition with a great variety of ecosystems and views. A couple of fallen trees but overall very easy to follow the trail.

First to ReviewEasy walk, with a nice stretch of beach. The trail can be hard to see heading off the beach before the vehicle cutoff.
