Excellent trail and wonderful views along the ridge line, I didn't go on any private property for this trail and looking at open street maps it looks like all this property and trails are on council park land. osm show a few other trails too which I will check out. looks like a great area to explore.

NB TRACK CLOSED 12-28 August 2019 for pesticide spraying. Breathtaking views well worth the effort! Could’ve sat up top for hours! Fortunately had the app so it helped me get back on course when I lost my way coming back down in the anti clockwise direction. All part of the adventure. Kangaroos, kookaburras, whip birds....most enjoyable was to spend a few hours.

It's a very rewarding effort. I recommend doing the loop clockwise i.e. taking the left or eastern track at the junction as it's by far the better views in the morning light and also more challenging than the other side so you might be able to use your fully charged batteries there :) The left (Eastern) track can be hard at times and needs rock scrambling skills as well as surviving some steep loose soiled tracks but doable if you have some experience. Otherwise just take the right (western) track to the top and back and enjoy the peak views.

Avoid. The lower section of trail Trespasses through private properties. People are illegally accessing, stealing plants and animals. Erosion, trampling, graffitiing and abusive attitudes by walkers have impacted negatively. Signage has been put up. Owners have warned they will take action to prosecute.

Incredible view. Best to follow the course anti clock wise so the view will blow you away better. Go in knowing this is slightly above moderate with some rock scrambling

It was a lot harder than the moderate level they advertise. There was some rock climbing to get to the top of the peak, and some hard places to get down from there too. Great views once at top though. Loose leaves on ground makes it a hard descend, sone parts of the trail weren’t visible making hard to follow without the guide of these maps (thank goodness for this app).

This trail was poorly marked and the track seemed to be made with a small dozer and left to nature from there on. The steepness of the track is ridiculous and with ground leaves and loose rocks covering the ground it became almost impossible to traverse particularly on descent. There is no view on completion and very little to see on the way.
