It's a combination between a popular between Warrumbul Road to Winifred Falls and one of those Royal National Park less travelled track between Anice Falls to Maianbar. Overgrown in most part from Anice Falls to Mount Bass Trail. You can see Port Hacking River in some part. I didn't see any other bushwalkers from Warrumbul road to Maianbar, only a couple of deers. And back to Winifred Falls from Maianbar, not a single soul. A perfect track to self isolate. I saw three men walking to Winifred Fall at the afternoon.

Really great if your into over weight bogans drinking beer on obnoxious jet skis throwing rubbish and profanities around. Also great if you prefer the sound of Nicki Minaj to the river

Easy walk down the fire trail, with a couple of steeper parts. Only take 15-20 mins to reach the falls. I recommend walking another 5 mins down stream from the falls, where you’ll find a large pool. Good spot for a snack or a swim! The walk back takes a bit longer, as it’s all up hill. Don’t be surprised to find a $12 parking notice on your windscreen (like I did) when you get back.

Make sure you go there after a couple of days of rain. I do this track frequently and it is a lot more rewarding if waterfall is at full force

Short, easy, rewarding hike! Most of the hike is the fire trail but it gets really beautiful close to the river. Went after some rain and was rewarded with a full waterfall and pool. Definitely walk ~300m down-river from the falls to see the other pools nearby.

Very rocky. Steep. Loose gravel. Water was all dried up & stagnant. Not really worth the walk today, but maybe after a wet couple of days would be more worthwhile.

It’s a great easy track down a fire trail, possibly a little steep on the way back up. About 1.5km but the dry spell has taken its toll and there not much of a pool at the moment
