The Bay Run is a 4.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Sydney, New South Wales, Australia that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, bird watching, and road biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
This is a great circuit for those looking for some exercise. It's a paved path used by runners, cyclists, and everything in between. You won't find isolation here, but if you're looking for an easy exercise track, this is your spot. Accessibility: The trail surface is paved and typically at least six feet wide. It has some steep areas where the estimated grade is above 8% so wheelchair and stroller users may need assistance. Users have reported the steepest section is the hill up to Iron Cove Bridge.
There are water fountains and bathrooms around the lake.
Nice walk, all paved. A little monotonous for my liking but good for all levels. Pretty bay views. I think better suited to a ride or skate.
This is a beautiful and almost flat trail. Good for walks and runs. We went on a sun morning and there was a lot of families and crowd.
Nice scenic easy walk/run. Was a strong cold wind today. Part of the iron Creek walking area was closed for maintenance cutting it a little shorter.
Beyond gorgeous and refreshing walk. Every directions is gorgeous to look at.
a decent walk , a bit too busy in places! city / water views !
