ATTENTION WALKERS. The details of the description of this trail are misleading. This guide will direct you onto trails that are MTB trails as MTB'ers will come through blind sections of the trail. Walker should exercise extreme caution when walking on MTB trails. More detials about this can be found in the Illawarra Escarpment Mountain Bike Strategy documents. This is not a designated walking trail by either Wollongong Council, NSW Government or National Parks and Wildlife Service (NWPS).

This is a mountain bike track. Steep sections with blind areas that bike riders cannot see until too late. Extreme danger. Do not hike on this trail.

Very pleasant little trail with some nice cool bushland on the eastern side of the hill. Looks like it’s mainly used for mountain bikes, with a few steep sections so be careful. Some views of Mt. Keira and Mt Kembla in a few spots. Very iconic typical Kembla bush on this track, well worth a look.

Yes it's used by mountain bike riders and yes I think most people who choose to walk these tracks will do so with caution. I still enjoyed the views, I spoke to a few mountain bike riders who had no problems with me being there. Exercise caution yes, but the trails are there to share.
