Definitely a work out! It took us just over 6 hours to complete out and back...LOTS of steps mainly at the beginning and end. We made an unplanned detour down the scenic walkway at the railway as the sign for the federal pass continuation wasn’t super clear. Definitely earned our trip to the Japanese baths the next day!

Amazing walk. Lots of different terrain. Some parts were a scramble between scenic world and golden steps. Otherwise easy maintained paths!

Hard, but rewarding hike of Australian mountainous bush. Take lots of water!
