An easy cycling path (or walking track) between Belmont and Adamstown on the Central Coast, which follows a disused rail line. Has water stations along the route and is very clearly sign-posted. Ideal for families, but watch for faster cyclists using the path.

nice relaxed walk paved all the way. It's not 14k though it's 18k e2e.

Glad I found this trail - perfect for young kids (starting at Belmont, there is a long, but gradual uphill section - but coming back is easy). Cafe near the end, and a few beaches are in relatively easy reach of the track. We had a swim at Nine Mile Beach on the way back. Rail tunnel is lots of fun!
