Drawing Room Rocks is a 1.7 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Woodhill, New South Wales, Australia that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is accessible year-round.
Steep at times and can be quite rocky for the first few hundred metres up the incline. Once you get past that, it's not too bad. Mostly forresty trail with some makeshift steps/about halfway up. There is a few spots where you have to climb up some rocks to get ahead further but nothing too crazy. Just before the top, you walk through washed out trees so you have to watch your footing with the exposed roots and ditches. Overall, you get a gorgeous view that's worth the struggle, I'm not very fit and I managed it within half an hour.
satisfyingly quick walk with fulfilling destination - beautiful view of seven mile beach from the top.
Will need good hiking boots that can handle water and mud.
view was stunning crazy bog areas brown snake spotted have fun!
Spectacular view. The climb to the top is not that hard but you still get a steep incline.(The sign before you start was a bit exaggerated) Need a good pair of hiking shoes, rocky terrain and can slip easily. Not suitable with young kids, it's a lookout, unfenced open cliffs.
