Beautiful trail, though no view of the Walensee. With that said, we just did the loop section and not the extra bit, so perhaps from there you can. Went on a holiday with beautiful weather and the entire first part of the walk was empty with no one around as most went in the opposite direction and took the road walk up. A beautiful walk by a stream and well maintained. Definitely not possible for push strollers.

Great trail, amazing views. Better to take the steep route up and have more moderate descent - the other way than is original. If coming by car, be at the parking early as it gets full very quickly.

Challenging one day hike : take this trail up from Wengen to Männlichen (drink your coffee and go hard) -> take the panorama trail from there to Kleine Scheidegg -> back to Wengen from there through the forrest to chill out Beautiful viewpoints on Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, the Eiger and Jungfrau along the way

Keep walking up from the Männlichen station (endpoint of this trail on the app), great point of view

Very nice easy trail mostly through the Forrest and well shaded. A few parts on roads but short ones and very few cars. Nice picnic places up top. We did it with two kids (11 & 15) and a dog and it was an easy Sunday afternoon hike

We took a shorter root, Started at hotel des truites got to boudry and then came back by train. It was beautiful and will definitely come again to picnic and swim

It’s was a difficult way up, without via feratta, but with couple of stairs, narrow paths and cables you have to hold to climb up/ down. View from the top absolutely worth it. Level difficult, path up marked as blue.

Great encounter with 2 old ibexes in the forest

Steep ascent to the lake. Completed on May 30, 2020 at the end of the Corona lockdown. If available, I would take the cable car up and then hike from there.

Went for a sunrise hike. In the app map the hike starts lower but there is a parking lot just above where we started the recording. From there it is short hike to the lake and then a few options to head up. There was still quite a bit of snow above the lake leading to some off trail scrambling. Going down the same way would have been less pleasant. Amazing views from the top and then back around the lake.

Ça grimpe! Très joie vu. Il y a bcp de vent la haut.
