Good trail and its possible to bath in a lake. didn't find a good spot in middle of trail to take some food but good view and rest point near start/Finnish

It's a very scenic trail that pass by a few of lakes. There's unfortunately no water near their suggested overnight spot, so either fill up at the lake before or alternatively stay by that lake. Excitingly, there were bats out at night at the camp, so definitely bring a strong flash lamp so you can see them.

The beech forest is beautiful and som lookoutpoints are amazing. On the down side it’s a few clear-felled areas.

Breathtaking views over lakes and the landscape. The best of Swedish countrysides and forest.

Difficult trail, but as enjoyable as it gets. I took a little extra detour to the ravine, totally worth it. Last 5km was tough, legs were tired, but all was worth it after all.

Difficult terrain with pretty good elevation gain (for being southern Sweden which is pretty flat). mix of quarry, rocks, forest, lakes. can take a swim at Klåveröd if you'd like.

Beautiful mountain anyway, the waterfall can be a little overheated

A very nice run. A hot and sunny day and the route was in very good condition. No sign of the promised waterfall though!

Worth every penny :). Starts quite flat and like every other mundane trail in the forest but as you approach the half way point that is when things get interesting. The trail gets quite steep, rocky and rewards hikers with splendid views. Highly recommend it.

We did this trail with a little extension. The first two kilometres can look a little bit crowded. A lot of people seeking for recreation by swimming, fishing or barbecuing, but that's only nearby the lake. The further you get the more quiet it gets. It's an easy to moderate hiking trail. Not the most exciting one, but you can find a diversity in nature.

What a fab hike to do! We were visiting Stockholm for 6 days and wanted to get out and experience its natural beauty and we were not disappointed. Very easy hike (mostly flat, very few hills but footing isn’t easy as lots of tree roots and rocks). We did this on a sunny and warm day end of May, so conditions were ideal. You get some lovely views of the different lakes, and rocky natural geography. Would definitely recommend! We were able to use our day travel pass from SL to and from centre of town. The whole trail was super easy to find and it was very well marked making this a stress free experience

just a short bit in Abisko.

easy to follow path, nice mix of fields, farm and forest. can have near encounters with animals such as cows and horse. some difficult sections but they only last a couple minutes.

Definitely the most memorable trail I've ever hiked. I went in september 2017 with 3 friends. We had 2 tents and went from Abisko to Nikkaluokta. We were so lucky that we caught the magical northern lights not one, not two but three nights! I will never forget this. This is a must do if you're looking for an unforgettable adventure

hiked on 5/22 gorgeous clear dry day. from nyfors to tyresta by took 7.5 mi and 2h45m, not including a 10 minute stop by the lake to enjoy a snack. easy terrain and gentle changes in incline. would hike again! recommended doing it in this direction, bus drops you at nyfors, then if you have to kill time (or need WiFi) before the bus leaves from tyresta by (was running once an hour), tyresta by is much more populated.
