At Klåveröd you can find impressive cliffs and stones, a cave that is tricky to get to and a unique wetland. Klåveröd Youth Hostel and Café are situated in the centre of the site and the nearest neighbour is Söderåsen National Park. You can go fishing, walking, climbing, horse riding or mountain biking here. The long distance Skåneleden Trail passes through the site. The walk presented here travels mainly along small woodland paths and is a good choice for those visiting the site for the first time. From the youth hostel to Lake Svartesjö, you follow the orange markers associated with the Skåneleden Trail. Show more

Despite its proximity to "civilization", Gustavsbergsleden gives a feeling of the wilderness. Gustavsbergsleden offers several different types of landscape. The hiking/cycling trail starts at Bromölla's library and from there follows the red markings in a northerly direction. The route takes you between Lake Ivö and Lake Levra and then out into the woodlands. Along the trail, you will discover several beautiful areas where you can sit and enjoy the lake. Visitors can also rest at Barnakälla Youth Hostel before climbing Ryssberget. The boarding house Gustavsberg once sat on the top of Ryssberget at the end of the 19th century. Today its ruins remain. The trail continues down from Ryssberget and after a few kilometres arrives at the nature area Brantahallar. Park your bicycle and take a walk into the unique and natural grazing environment which offers rare and unusual flora and fauna.Show more

Näsumaleden conveys to it´s many ancestors from distant time a historical feeling. The Näsumaleden Trail is a 24 km car-, bike and hiking trail – most on unpaved roads. Follow the marked trail and let the landscape around you bear witness to the geological dramas that unfolded here 1,700 million years ago, when the peaks of Ryssberget and Västanåberget were thrust up and the area’s remarkable minerals were formed. Eons later, the Ice Age created new natural wonders at Östafors. Along the Näsumaleden Trail among hills and dales, prehistoric graves and a medieval village tells the story of the region’s earliest human inhabitants. Västanåberget offers us a taste of deep forests interspersed with small meadows, pastures and stone walls. In the valley of Sibbarpsdalen you encounter a landscape that has developed through a long history of agriculture and cattle-raising. Along the river there are rushing waterfalls and the ruins of old mills, but also quieter stretches, meandering through abandoned and overgrown meadows dotted with lopped trees. This was once a centre for hops and fruit-growing, and it is here that you will find Sweden’s only remaining house for drying hops. Show more

A very nice loop with lookout towers, barbecue areas and benches. You walk through forest and pass by Flinkagården where many different birds thrive. About a quarter of the loop goes on gravel roads and forest roads, the rest are small paths. Show more
