difficult parking on the main road. the loop can be added to by walking towards Santiago del teide and La Mancha on well signposted trail.

Easy trail with a great view of the water most of the time. Makes for a great photo shoot.

The trail was beautiful although in most parts very rocky and the information given to us by all trails about the length and time were not accurate It took us 3 hours to get to the refuge and there they told us that the other half of the loop was dangerous and much longer. Had to backtrack. Arrived at our car at 9.00pm!!!! Ideally it would be best to stay at the refuge. The information in the app should be more accurate.

Nice open sky scenery (read: no shade), but the trail itself is mostly stones. There are 2 springs along the way where you can refill your bottles.

Plenty of water & sunscreen, sturdy footwear and a hat are essential for this walk/climb/hike. Some parts are very steep and loose under foot, so care must be taken, you are also close to the cliff edge. Stunning views across the island and sea.

Very good fun. We took some public transport to get from the Sagrada to the park and from the park to the Casa Mila but that's more because we're lazy rather than because it's easier to do. Definitely worth your time and very pretty things around.

We did this on a rainy day in San Sebastian and it was great! Fun workout to the top of the hill that you see from La Concha beach. Easy enough for kids to make it up (we had our 6 year old and a 9 year old with us and they both did great). Lots of folks with dogs as well. Really cool views at the top and a surprisingly good small museum that's worth a quick exploration.

Great walk lots to see to include the side streets. The Born District is not fa from here. Be aware of your surroundings due to the pickpocketers. Make sure you check out the La Boqueria Food Market.

Pretty nice views. Con is that there is like 50% on dirt road instead of walking track.

Really nice place to hike. There are enough routes I only saw one mountain biker on the trail.
A small part of the last part of the route, when walking clockwise, the buches were quite dense.

Very remote, only saw two other people the entire journey.

Beautiful hiking in Cabo de Gata!

Amazing views of a deep limestone gorge from start to finish. The only challenge at all is the length. There is a taxi or bus service available at either end if you decide not to do the exact same walk back. But it is worth it to go both ways, the steep walls and all the twists and turns provide new views going the opposite way.

This is an amazing hike with awesome views, highly recommend doing this if you are in Austurias

We just did this (end of May) and it was a cloudy day with light drizzle, all very manageable with a down jacket or raincoat. Amazing views everywhere and for parts of the hike the clouds would engulf the area we were hiking. Trail is very clear and apparent, you cannot get lost

Also saw lots of mountain goats, they are not aggressive at all and will usually walk/run away when you get close to them

My wife and I are in OK shape and each way was around 3.5hrs (incl photos), so 7hrs in total. No toilets or drinking water along the trail that we saw, but there are restaurants and cafes at each town at the start and end of the trail where you can use the bathroom or buy water, food, etc

Ps. If you start at Pescabos, the trail is actually on your right hand side going up the side of the mountain quite steeply for the first 45mins (fairly flattish after that). Don’t go on the flat road in the middle, don’t think that leads anywhere

It is an amazing experience walking around the perimeter of the walls. There are some parts you can walk following the allure (wall-walk). The views are so beautiful. And if you love Middle Ages, this is your place to revisit history.

Visitors can walk around the entire perimeter of the walls on the outside. Inside, it is more complicated since many areas around the footings are part of private or public enclosures. The route that offers the best view follows the allure (top of the walls) along a length of around 1700 m and is open to the public. However, the necessary preparation work on the south face has yet to be completed.

Visitors to the city of Ávila don’t always follow the route around the entire perimeter of the walls. This is also logical because it is a "stroll" of almost three kilometres. However, we recommend it. It is worth the effort if you want to appreciate the grandeur of the walls and discover some of the not so well-known places of picturesque beauty.

Nice pedestrian street

Wonderful part of the Camino, true to the rating of moderate

Super day with the dog and my wife great walk, lovely refugia. This will be one of our regulars

Nice place for a trail run! Parking place is about 200/300 meters from the entrance of the path, so you need to walk a bit further up the road to get there...
Interesting and spooky place when it’s cloudy, but really nice views!

great hike..done it afew times

I enjoyed this walk, made a few wrong turns, there are green and white signs marking the route so keep a look out, I walked it anti-clockwise, towards the last quarter is a relatively steep climb, take water and hat, saw cats, dogs, gecko’s and the odd chicken, but no wild boar :) walked it April 20th so nice temperature.
