Beautiful, steep hike with great 360 views from the top. We did this hike in february and saw no one during the hike. Hike out and back took us around 4 hours minimum.

very nice views of the Sierra Nevada and surrounding area, easy underfoot. it can get confusing at times to stay on trail near the beginning as many side trails emerge, but if you follow the trail on the app and the helpful comments it's no problem. highly recommended!

Great trail that’s pretty challenging depending on pace and weather conditions. Very well marked, except for a handful of points on the way up, but very well illustrated on AllTrails. Minor scrambling required towards the top above the tree line. Lots of open space to roam though, and good visibility, so you can make it as difficult or as easy as you’d like. Awesome view in all directions, sea, mountains, most of the island. Quite chilly and windy at the top, but intermittent sun warmed us up.

We did this one from San Bartolomé as we didn't want a big climb at the end. 2/3 of the trail is on unmade road which is dusty and throws up a lot of glare. There is very little shade. Whilst you cover the miles quickly, the road is tedious and seems to go on for ever. In its favour, the navigation is easy and I can imagine it suiting a group of friends who want a longish hike whilst chatting and not having to pay attention to route finding. This route is rated as a top trail in more than one publication, but whilst we enjoyed our day out there are more scenic trails from Tejeda.

Beautiful trail. Shaded so refreshingly cool. Take a jacket. Thoroughly enjoyed this short walk. Look for the chinyero road signs. you can park on side of road and walk 600m or if you carry on around the bend there is a dirt track down the hill with plenty of parking for camper vans.

Epic views. Was surprised a couple times! Long enough to feel separated from others and the daily grind. Good to have the trail map avail. offline given the various mountain biking routes up there. Recommend!

Pay attention to the trail! When I read 3 mile easy loop, I expected to hike for about 2 hours with picture taking. I stop a lot, but my pace is usually pretty good. 2 hours was not the case. 4-5 hours later, I rolled into town in the dark and in the fog, drenched in sweat and bleeding. I was following the trail, and after circumventing what a cow blocking the gate, I missed the turn and hiked an extra ways out. By the time I realized I had missed it, I decided to follow the extended loop back to the original trail as it looked like it would be easier. Huge mistake. Low light, low visibility (due to fog), rain, and a lot of slippery rocks to climb over. I regretted my decision once I found myself climbing over boulders and other jagged rocks with what might have been cactus in either side. It was almost impossible to find the trail once I stepped off it. Almost as soon as I found the trail, I was face to face with a glowing set of eyes, probablly a cow, but I wasnt gonna risk it. I backed up and tripped over some rocks going around and lost the trail for a while. So, pay attention to the trail and be smart. It's a tough trail when you mess up.

So, I did not do any planning. Just decided I would go for a hike. I do not recommend hiking this trail late or in low visibility. It is easy to lose the trail at the far points. Thank goodness I had the alltrails app pro version. Old school maps would work as well, but the all trails maps and gps made it alot easier to get back. I had a headlamp, but I was not prepared to camp.

In a way, this is a note to my complacency. I have become accustomed to easy well marked trails, and have not been taking the proper precautions. If my phone had died, it would have been a long, cold, wet night.

Great walk up to the rock. Bit steep n places but worth it

Great hike, only complaint is that the wind does get a bit much after a while

Interesting rock formations and landscapes. Beautiful views.

We went on December 27 and enjoyed great weather. After rising above the low hanging fog near the monastery I was able to remove my layers and walk in a t-shirt. I’m not sure why AllTrails describes it as better from April to October.

Personally, I would grade this trail as moderate. The loop itself takes between 1:45 to 2:15 to complete but you will probably end up taking more time taking in the sights. I would give yourself about 3 hours to do it if you start at the monastery.

It’s easy to visit from Barcelona and makes for a nice day trip.

I definitely recommend it.

Very nice track

Sublime.
As humbling and stunning as the Grand Canyon. Super easy to walk, especially with the renovations. If you have the opportunity, do NOT miss this.

Stunning views, impressively engineered cliff side walkway. Final forge spanning bridge is not for the height averse.

This is more of a stroll. The details above must not be correct because there’s no way you gain or lose 1,000 feet of elevation. It’s beautiful though!

Edit: you know what? It’s probably 1,000 feet. My bad.

Beautiful walk/hike through olive groves and past old farmhouses on a path paved with stones for most of the way. There is a short section from Deia before reaching the trailhead where the route is on the windy road shared with cars. But once on the trail it is safe and bucolic.

Beautiful view from the top. Like AMAZING. Steps are kind of annoying on the way down. Worth it though.

The trailhead starts at the end of the Avinguda de la trinitat road and climbs rapidly for the first 200 meters to a peak overlooking all of Sitges. The beginning is very scenic. The rest of the walk is marked with red paint markers on rocks and trees and goes through moderate amount of brush. It’s a great hike to escape the city and see Sitges. The last 1.5 miles aren’t as scenic and simply follows a gravel road.

Amazing view of Sitges at the beginning of the trail.

Très belle randonnée avec des vues à couper le souffle. L'application Alltrails m'a été fort utile car sentier pas très bien balisé.

Une belle surprise! J'ai fait la randonnée classique mais j'ai grimpé sur un des versants jusqu'au col.

This was a wonderful hike! The colors of autumn made it even more spectacular!

There are some great trails up throughout the Collserola. If I were to do this again, I’d start in Montbau and head north first.

Super beautiful but got lost. The entrance was hard to find, We went in going the counter clockwise direction. And were following Yellow and White stripes, however that seemed to be a different trail and the we realised we were quite far away from the intended trail.
Not sure how we got lost, and still not sure where the beginning/end of the course was, but it was beautiful. There was a bit of snow (November 11) and would attempt again
