This route is part of a multi week long ride, along The Travesía del Sistema Ibérico or the Iberian System, that can be done at a variety of paces, starting points and it is mainly used for mountain biking. The “Travesía del Sistema Ibérico” is a mountain bike route that crosses the mountains and canyons of the Iberian System from Alcañiz to Burgos. It extends along more than 500 kilometers in southeast-northwest direction between the depression of the Ebro and the central Plateau, through the communities of Valencia, Aragón, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and La Rioja. Half mountain route between Albarracín and the Algarve picnic area, near Terriente. Instead of making the route near the road that connects the two points (passing through Royuela), it was decided to begin the journey in the South direction along the Saldón road and passing through Loma Rasa and turning towards Roclos, an old farmhouse, with Interesting Sabinars with a high density of trees and some unique specimens. From Roclos, the trajectory continued towards the Masía de Villalba, to pass through the town of Terriente, go up the path of construction of the power line and go down to the place of the Algarbe. The picnic area is outside the campsite, which is located down the path of the power line.Show more
